About
Henderson Response and Tactics Center (HRTC) is a regional training facility dedicated to preparing law enforcement, fire, EMS, and qualified civilians for real-world emergency response. Based in Henderson, Kentucky, HRTC offers immersive, scenario-based training through a combination of tactical simulation, medical response instruction, and interagency collaboration.
Our flagship facility, The Sim Center, is a 35,000 sq ft indoor simulation complex featuring permanent structures that replicate homes, hospitals, commercial spaces, and vehicle-access environments. This controlled training environment is designed to develop decision-making under pressure, team communication, and threat recognition skills in high-stress, realistic settings.
